As a teacher, jurist, and statesman, Antonio Cassese believed passionately in the power of law as a force for good and change and in using the law to achieve a more just, peaceful, and human world. He sought to empower and liberate people not only through his teaching and books, but also by dedicating his life’s work to making practical changes on the ground.
Traveling school
Our vision
These are the themes that galvanize the Antonio Cassese Initiative in striving to make training and learning accessible to judges, prosecutors and lawyers working in countries facing challenges in the administration of justice, and that inspire us in communicating his message to a global audience.
We rely on a global network of jurists and trainers “without borders”, who are willing to put their skills and expertise at the disposal of our Traveling School in order to promote and continue the legacy of Antonio Cassese.
